Cedarburg High School

Ben Siebert was fired from his position as basketball coach from the school and filed a lawsuit against his former employer for breach of contract and wrongful termination. Siebert removed players from the team for alcohol use and felt he was terminated for enforcing a zero tolerance policy. Cedarburg has agreed to pay Siebert a $10,000 settlement.
