This is a settlement for the Commercial lawsuit.
The information technology contractor allegedly lied about pricing information on a contract with the Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio. Science Applications had an environmental cleanup contract with the base but allegedly exaggerated cost estimates and collected a profit from delivery orders. They have agreed to pay a $2.5 million settlement. (Apr-28-05)
