At the age of 5, Devin Turner was enrolled in the YMCA's day care program. During a Fun Swim in January 2002, he was found unresponsive at the bottom of the pool by classmates. In May 2003, Devin's mother Teri Turner filed a civil lawsuit against the YMCA for the wrongful death of her son.
