Doug Steigerwald

Apple Computers, Inc. sued the student for copyright infringements of Apple's pioneer Mac OS X Tiger. Steigerwald was part of the developer connection team and was accused of prematurely distributing copies of the software on a file swapping site from where it was illegally downloaded by thousands of people. The monetary compensation and agreed terms of the settlement have not been disclosed to the public. (Mar-27-05) [EARTH TIMES]
