I purchased a 2002 truck from the dealership in the beginning of this summer 2007 (May 24th, 2007). The truck kept on breaking down. 1st time I repaired the truck (June 19th, 2007) from my own pocket (Approx $5000). 2nd time the truck broke down I did some research and discovered that the mileage has been substantially altered.
Dealer is not cooperating.
I have all documentation to prove my case in writing, accompanied by all receipts and statements.
