City of Easton

President Joseph Reibman of Glendon Properties Inc. sued the city in 2002 seeking $2 million for lost sales and tax breaks. Reibman alleged the city of Easton refused to let him connect his development to city sewer lines and they have since agreed to pay him $500,000 for the year long delay in construction.
