T-Mobile
The Labor Department announced a $4.7 million back-wages settlement with T-Mobile wireless phone company. T-Mobile supposedly had hundreds of call center employees working off the clock .The employees were forced to clock in before their scheduled clock-in time. Employees are eligible for back pay if they worked as customer service representatives between Nov. 16, 2000, and Oct. 14, 2003. (Nov-26-03)
