Mayer v. CSC Consulting Inc.
Annisa Mayer has been awarded $4.2 million by a California jury for claims that she was subjected to sexual advances from supervisors and then fired for whistleblowing.
Mayer claimed she was called "client bait" by her supervisors. She also claimed she was fired in retaliation for reporting alleged breaches of client confidences and other unethical behavior to the CEO.
Computer Sciences denied the sexual harassment charges and stated that she was fired for failing to show up for work.

I was sexual assault by my supervisor I was working the Mail room for months. I reported this assault many times to his supervisor who just laugh at me. I was afraid everyday for months. I try to transfer out of the department, this supervisor made it hard for me. I was sexual assault for months in the mail room. He would waited until everyone left to assault me I had to fight every day to keep him off me, he threatened me that if I tell anyone he will deny and I will be sorry. He made me the laughing stock around people. I reported twice to HR personal staff. once I had gone to HR this supervisor and his supervisor who harassed me for going to HR then fired for whistleblowing. I reported it to unemployment office. I HAD NO HELP.
