Syngenta Seeds

A jury has awarded victory to Monsanto Company and co-defendant DowAgroSciences in a patent infringement case. Syngenta Seeds alleged that Monsanto's YieldGard technology and Dow AgroSciences' Herculex I Insect Protection infringed upon certain of their patents.
