A $42.5 million settlement has been reached and granted preliminary approval in a series of ERISA-related class-action lawsuits filed against Medco Health Solutions. Eligible class members in the suits include ERISA plans for which Medco Health has administered a pharmacy benefit at any time since Dec. 17, 1994.
