Avjet Corporation.

An $11.7 million settlement has been reached in the wrongful death lawsuit filed against Avjet Corporation. A jury found the company negligent and responsible for the deaths of the passengers aboard a March 29, 2001 flight which crashed and killed all eighteen people on board.
