I am happy for you Richard as I worked for nestle 10 years and I got so fed up with their unethical practices, one being only hiring young people in supervisor and management jobs. There are others I could mention. getting rid of whistleblowers for one. I was so tired of working there but didn't want to quit until I found other employement . They tried many things to get me to quit as I was there 10 years and was not young enough for their agenda. They overloaded me with work kept me out of the loop of the plans for my department even sent me a notice informing me I would be one of the layoffs in December if there were going to be layoffs. Plus. they informed me that there might be a couple younger people staying to work while I was laid off and I could not bump them. I got so stressed that in the past I had substance abuse due to some trauma that happened as a child. Well after years of being clean it came back due to not only the management team trying to get me to quit but also some of my co-workers who didn`t care for me because I didn't just sit on my duff all day like they did. I told HR I needed help and I went with high hopes. after 3 weeks in treatment insurane wouldnt pay anymore . I informed them I wasn't ready and needed to stay as long as possible and I couldn't pay more than I already had. well. anyway that's a few things. there is so much more but it wont fit on this page I assure you.
