Six months after entering a second elder care facility, Danzy died of an infection caused by bedsores sustained from the previous nursing home.
Brooklyn Queens Nursing Home is accused of doctoring patient care documents to disguise its neglect. An FBI export testified in the case that the facility had falsified skin check documents by altering existing G (good) ratings to resemble B (broken) ratings.
