Darrell Cloud was awarded $250,000 to compensate for a decade of sexual abuse from teacher Neal Summers. Cloud suffered mental deterioration from the abuse and shot Summers with a rifle in January of 1994. Cloud was convicted of second degree murder and spent nine years in prison. He was release two years ago and sought damages for the prior abuse and won. (Jan-27-05) [KING 5 NEWS]
