Defective Jeep Windows

Cohen Milstein is investigating complaints from consumers alleging that Chrysler sold Jeeps with defective window assembly components. These consumers contend that Chrysler used cheap and defective plastic pieces in the Jeep window assembly which easily broke and that Chrysler refused to reimburse consumers for warranty service.

People have reported having to pay $300 and more to replace these faulty window assembly pieces and that many windows have had repeat failures.
