The attorney who changed my life

I had a dental malpractice case. In the hands of a corrupt attorney, my case was about to be dismissed in favor of the malpracticing dentists (from Western Dental).

I knew of an attorney-dentist in San Francisco, California: Dr. E. J. Z. who had sued Western Dental 17 times by then, and had won all cases. (By now, he has sued them over 50 times, I believe.) Dr. Z. was hesitant about taking my case, as it was complicated and costly, however he accepted it out of kindness. In turn, I helped him with research about Western Dental's bad records and found some very useful information.

We won the case against Western Dental.

I learned the wonderful art of fighting and winning from Dr. Z I had asked him one day, what his philosophy was about fighting and winning. "If one door closes on you, you go to the next door. If that door closes on you, you go to the next door. You never give up. Also, think of David and Goliath. Do your research and find out where your opponent hurts. That is the area you hit," Dr. Z. explained.

I applied this winning formula on many legal issues I faced in life later on, and won. I am not claiming that justice is always guaranteed by this formula. There is something I call destiny, or karma, which can block this formula. Justice is a complicated matter.

However, Dr. Zinman's wonderful teachings about the art of fighting with diligence and intelligence, made all the difference in my life. Over a dozen times, I used his concepts in pursuit of justice, be it in consumer rights or dental care, and I won in my claims.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Zinman from the bottom of my heart. If there were no Dr. Zinmans, "evil" would possibly have a much greater success rate. "As God can't be everywhere, God created attorneys like Dr. Zinman", I conclude.
