$330,000 Settlement Approved for Roberts Hawaii Drivers

Honolulu, HW: A $330,000 settlement has been reached in the wages and overtime class-action brought against Roberts Hawaii by dozens of its tour bus drivers. The lawsuit alleged the company forced the drivers to work long hours without paying the proper overtime.According to the attorney for Roberts Hawaii, 83 drivers will receive payments under the settlement.
