Target Settles with NFB for $6 Million

A 2-year class action lawsuit has finally ended with Target agreeing to pay a $6 million settlement, and make its website more user-friendly for blind people.

The suit was brought by the National Federation for the Blind, and alleged that Target's site violated the American with Disabilities Act because it's not easily accessible to blind users.
