Ex-Refco CEO Sentenced to 16 Years in Jail

Phillip Benett, the 59-year old ex-CEO of Refco, was sentenced to 16 years in jail today, for committing financial cover-up that resulted in $1.5 billion in losses for the company. He admitted to committing 20 different crimes during the case.
