The settlement, which still needs approval from a Palm Beach County court, will divide the $25 million estate between the brothers and the widow. While the Florida attorney's office found no evidence of any wrongdoing, the brothers claim Tobias was drugged and lured into their Jupiter home's pool by his wife.
