Stolen Image
Los Angeles, CA: (Mar-10-08) Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler, brought a lawsuit against Omaha, Nebraska-based NDS Nutritional Products Inc. alleging illegal business practices. In his lawsuit, Cutler stated that NDS used an image based on a photograph of his, taken at a bodybuilding contest and placed it on its products without paying him or getting his permission.
The 34-year-old Las Vegas resident filed the suit in July 2006 in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming misappropriation of image and likeness, invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment.
