Carnevale Disposal

Trenton, NJ: (Mar-13-07) Carnevale Disposal, a West Windsor-based trash hauler, was booked charges against by the Mercer County Improvement Authority, accusing it of sidestepping a weighing station at the county trash facility in Ewing. Gary Carnevale was ordered to pay a $325,000 settlement to offset damages. The current settlement came a year after Carnevale had to reimburse the county $500,000 to end a criminal case against the company. [TIMES OF TRENTON: TRASH WEIGHING]
