Hynix Semiconductor

The maker of dynamic RAM has pleaded guilty to price fixing and has agreed to pay a $185 million fine. The U.S. Department of Justice claimed the company was involved in an international antitrust conspiracy to artificially inflate the price of DRAM, which lead to an increased price of personal computer, laptops and other devices.
