Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.

This is a settlement for the Antitrust lawsuit.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. has agreed to pay the state of Michigan $30 million to settle antitrust disputes. The prescription medication company allegedly blocked generic versions of Taxol, a caner treatment drug and the anti-anxiety drug BuSpar from entering the market. Two thirds of the money will go towards Medicaid and one third will be refunded directly to residents of the state. (Dec-16-04) [DETROIT FREE PRESS]
