Attorney Anticipates Surgical Mesh and Transvaginal Mesh Lawsuits Similar in Volume

Dallas, TX: A number of complaints allege that Ethicon Physiomesh, a surgical mesh used to repair hernias, has done more harm than good. “I anticipate surgical mesh lawsuits, such as Ethicon Physiomesh, will see similar volume as transvaginal mesh lawsuits,” says attorney Shezad Malik.

Attorney: Ethicon Physiomesh Flexible Composite Mesh Withdrawn Due to High Revision Rates

Dallas, TX:Attorneys are investigating possible lawsuits against Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Ethicon concerning the Ethicon Physiomesh Flexible Composite Mesh. The Physiomesh, used in laparoscopic hernia surgeries, has reportedly been linked to higher than normal revision rates.
