Bank of America terminated me and I think it is wrongful termination.Submitted 2008-02-22Defendant: ^Wrongful Termination I was terminated because Bank of America said that I violated the code of ethics. It was not job related. One of my personal accounts was in a minus balance and that was a violation of ethics. I deposited money to cover my minus balance and they still terminated me.
