MAY-04-09: Anita Zaffke, of Lake Zurich, Ill., received fatal injuries Friday, while riding her motorcycle, by a woman driving her car and doing her nails at the same time. Zaffke was stopped at a yellow light in Chicago suburb, when she was hit from behind by a woman driving a Chevrolet Impala. she later died in hospital. Reportedly, the woman driving the car was given a ticket for failing to reduce her speed to avoid an accident, although she may face additional charges.
