Align Technology inc., OrthoClear Inc., and OrthoClear Holdings, Inc.

A class action complaint has been filed against the three companies alleging orthodontic treatments of dental patients were interrupted, unduly prolonged or terminated as a result of defendants' unlawful conduct relating to the OrthoClear settlement.

The lawsuit (CV-00535-NAM-GJD) was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and claims Align breached a contract by failing to provide and make Invisalign treatment available to OrthoClear patients.

Lived in Utah, paid in full for OrthoClear treatment. 3 months later needed to get new trays made because of OrthoClear going out of business. By the time trays were made I had relocated to another state and now can not possibly find orthodontic care to pick up treatment for the amount that I was reimbursed.
