I am trying to get out of my 2 year contract and they were rude and unhelpful on the phone.

Defendant: Clearwire Service (early termination fees)

I spent 2+ hours on the phone in December 08 trying to work with their tech support. I got nowhere as the tech support guy made me run numerous speed tests and send him reports on such. In the end it wasn't even worth trying to fix it and since I was so busy at work I just lived with it and never got back to them.
