I am beyond happy to see this. I worked there 1989-1993. I was told to create a paper trail on an African American by Vivian Leo and her boss at the time George Mahoney. When I refused I was treated differently. I am disabled and that situation for not creating a paper trail ruined my career in the Treasury Department. I was embarrassed one time when Vivian Leo made a very insensitive remark at the one time Collector Treasurer Lee Jackson who is now deceased. That department was completely discriminatory and hostile.
