Mr. Kisich was seriously injured at the Houston Auto Show when a display wall, designed and constructed by the defendants, collapsed and fell on him. He sustained multiple fractured ribs, permanent ulnar nerve damage, and underwent a lumbar fusion. The case settled pre-trial for $4,900,000.
