This is a settlement for the Employment lawsuit.

Nashville, TN: A $3.2 million settlement has been reached in two employment class action lawsuits brought against auto insurance company First Acceptance, based in Green Hills, TN.

They are crooks plain and simple. They are doing my son the same way. It's their business model. Got them on tape saying they will pay full amount of claim and after 2 months waiting he received a check for a little less than half of the amount agreed upon. Low lives everyone of them. Have no problem suing their a** though.
