This is a settlement for the Securities/Stock Fraud lawsuit.

Omaha, NB: Two hundred investors who filed a securities class action lawsuit against a pair of brokers who worked in Nebraska City, have been awarded a $30 million settlement by a federal judge this week.

The lawsuit was filed in 2007 by former clients of Rebecca Engle and Brian Schuster and alleged that the brokers improperly sold risky investments.
