18-Wheeler Accident Case Settled for $600,000

This is a settlement for the Car Accidents - Texas lawsuit.

The victim of an 18-wheeler accident who sustained severe back injuries requiring surgery, has been awarded a $600,000 settlement, ending his lawsuit.

During the court case it was revealed that the company that owned the 18-wheeler truck had destroyed key documents related to the crash, which exponentially increased the value of the case. This case was severely complicated by the fact the man had extensive pre-existing conditions and problematic pre-injury medical records.
