Texas Oil Rig Worker Awarded $2.66 Million for Injuries

Rusk County, TX: A 47-year old man who suffered serious injuries resulting in his inability to work, has been awarded a $2.66 million settlement in his lawsuit against Nadel & Gussman LLC.
Leland Taylor worked in Texas, as a flow back hand under contract to Nadel & Gussman LLC, an oil and gas drilling company. He was stuck by machinery on the job that should have been secured. Consequently, he suffered fractures to his right arm and leg, which required multiple surgeries, and left him unable to return to his job.
