TXI Cement to Pay $1 Million in Settlement

As of 1960 I live on 10th street in Bloomington Ca I remember cleaning that Dust off the windows of my mother and father's for year's Now today at 65 years old I have breeding problems that's been going on for year's coughing up green and black mucus and most of my life I have COPD congestive heart failure you name it why haven't I heard anything from this settled class action law suite I think I deserve some answers here Thank you

I'm Jess adams from 1961 I live in bloomington Ca to 2008 as I got older I've gotten COPD sore throat pain for years eges red almost my life coughing up brown and black stuff and stomach pain all the time and dad was in this law suits but die before it was sellle so me and my sister got 1500 dollars each but the lawyer took 5.000 from and her lawyer fees that wrong don't they get payed ,1/3 so how can they this happen we.was told it a wrungfull death case

I was an resident 1999 October off and on till 2018 at 5772 Newton st Riverside ca 92509 and I believe my illness were cause by or from the hexavalent chromium that was found in the Cement dust that was airborne. I have painful chronic pain and abdominal pain . so does my 16year old son .along with my other children who are now of age .they also are suffering from illness eye nose throat skin irritation.bumps on scalp that are painful .what can we do to be honest I'm scared to Find out that I have colon cancer. I just found out my aunt has It.she used to live a block half from the TXI Cement Company on Bell st A few years back .i need someone to help me and get me the help I need please
