Toronto, Ontario: (May-26-08) In a recent announcement made by spokespersons for AireSurf Networks Holdings Inc., the company stated that it has agreed to settle $23,147 of indebtedness owed to a non arm's length creditor. In the prepared statement, officials claimed that the settlement will be made by the issuance of 115,735 common shares of AireSurf. Sources associated with the move said that the completion of the debt settlement is subject to regulatory approval, including satisfaction of the requirements of the CNQ.
