London, England: (Mar-10-08) Teleunit Spa filed a lawsuit against Telecom Italia, over a dispute related to overdue receivables owed by the company. Teleunit Spa officials announced that it had entered into a settlement agreement with Telecom Italia worth 7.1 million Euros in cash.
The company also stated that it will receive an additional 2.7 million Euros that will be subject to an AGCOM (The Italian Telecom Regulator) ruling, which is expected to take place in a few months.
