Phoenix, AZ: (Jan-14-08) The family of Brian Crenshaw brought a wrongful death lawsuit against Maricopa County, after Crenshaw fell from a four-foot bunk, resulting in his death. The suit stated that the accident occurred after Crenshaw was put in isolation. He allegedly had a fight with the guards. While in isolation, he fell from the bunk. He was taken to the county hospital where he went into a coma and died. Crenshaw's mother, Linda Evans, filed suit, seeking compensation for her son's untimely death.
