Saratoga County, NY: (Aug-26-07) The family of Riley Willard, a 5-year old Ballston Spa boy, filed suit against the Saratoga County Fair Commission, after the boy was scratched by a tiger cub while sitting on a bench. The suit stated that as a result of the scratch, the 5 year old had to receive 14 stitches. Papers filed with the county show that the family of Willard have asked a judge to approve a settlement claim against the fair. The owner of that tiger cub is charged with filing fake insurance papers with the fair, which toughed its policy for animal vendors this year. In a settlement reached, the boy will receive a $32,500 payout to resolve the case. [FOX NEWS: TIGER SCRATCH]
