Caledon Shores' Association

Vero Beach, FL: (Jun-25-07) American Catastrophe Environmental Services Inc., a hurricane cleanup and recovery firm, filed suit against Caledon Shores' Association, a condominium association, over disagreements on the final terms of payment regarding repairs that had been made at the condominium. The repairs were necessary after the condominium suffered damages in hurricanes Jeanne and Francis.

In a settlement reached, American Catastrophe Environmental of Kansas City, agreed to not pursue its intent to foreclose the Caledon Shores property after its condo association agreed to a financial settlement.
