Rockwall, TX: (Apr-05-07) The City of Rockwall filed a lawsuit against the golf course operator in 2006, accusing the company of not meeting existing standards contained in their lease agreement with the city. IRI Golf leases Dallas land from the City of Rockwall, on which a portion of the golf course is located. In an out of court settlement reached with the city, IRI agreed to significantly upgrade the course irrigation system and to spend a minimum of $250,000 for the project by the end of 2007. It has also committed to spend an additional $150,000 to further enhance the bunkers and sand traps within the next two years. [PEGASUS NEWS: GOLF COURSE UPGRADES]
