Austin, TX: (Apr-03-07) Maricela Rodriquez-Garcia and Candio Garcia-Perez, two illegal aliens, filed a damage lawsuit against Deputy Gilmer Hernandez and the city of, Austin accusing the deputy of injuring them when he shot at the tires of a van in which they escaped from a routine traffic stop.
