Mukilteo, WA: (Apr-03-07) The residents of Harbour Pointe condo complex on Villa Monte Drive filed suit against condominium developer Possession View LLC, contractors Construction Associates Inc., and subcontractors T&G Construction Inc., after water poured in through siding, windows and sliding glass doors and damaged units in their homes.
