Morrisville, NC: (Mar-07-07) Bouygues Telecom filed a lawsuit against Tekelec, a leading developer of high-performance network applications for next-generation fixed mobile and packet networks, arising from a 2004 service interruption that occurred in Bouygues' network. A settlement reached will include Tekelec providing $5 million in credits to Bouygues, which it can apply to its purchases of products and services from Tekelec.
