Bayonne, NJ: (Feb-20-07) A lawsuit that resulted from an accident involving city Health Director Brigid Breivogel was settled when Bayonne agreed to pay her three installments of $135,000. Breivogel was returning to Bayonne from a Hudson County seminar, when she collided with a 1998 Lincoln, traveling through an intersection. Breivogel could not see the traffic light in time because she was driving behind a tall tractor trailer truck that blocked her view.
