Deutsche Bank AG

New York, NY: (Feb-08-07) The New York Stock Exchange charged Deutsche Bank with failure to report conflicts of interest. The lawsuit alleged a significant number of the firm's published research reports, as well as public appearances by research analysts, omitted required conflict-of-interest disclosures over a period of nearly two years. NYSE Regulation Inc. fined Deutsche Bank $950,000 for that violation and $325,000 for other violations including allowing an employee to use his former employer's password to access confidential information. Deutsche Bank neither admitted nor denied guilt. [MARKETWATCH: DEUTSCHE FINED]
