The korrect eyeglass people in wichita ks. Told me the same thing to put them in the freezer to dsrken them up. I ask to have glasses to be tinted as dark as possible an the employee told me to put them in the freezer. That is not how the tiniting should work. I also ask for my money back for frames from them. I an going to use some old frames i have. I don't believe any thing they say to me about my glasses. I will go to my patient advocate if i have to.

Below is my complaint and it seems to be trivial but I don't believe that is true. If anything, thanks for letting me vent.

This Korrect Optical office at the Tallahassee, Fl V.A. are very unprofessional and they could care less if anyone is happy with the glasses. They make you wait a long time, which is standard procedure designed for their benefit of the upper hand.. They sell frame(s) that are not up to regular standards of regular optical offices in the area. They tell you false things to do to fix the problem(put glasses in freezer for 10 minutes and then let sit in the sunlight for 30 minutes to get the tint working) which is a bogus thing to do. They really have no business being in business and I fail to see why the VA doesn’t take care of this predatory business.
