Hewlett-Packard and Bruce Dahlgren

Lexington, KY: Lexmark International, Inc. filed a lawsuit against the computer company and former Lexmark executive regarding Hewlett-Packard's employment of Bruce Dahlgren despite non-compete restrictions in Dahlgren's employment agreement with Lexmark. Under the terms of the settlement agreement, Lexmark will receive $525,000.
