Sunnyvale - The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit against the Kentucky Fried Chicken/Taco Bell franchise owner on behalf of Latina immigrant workers for gender discrimination. The lawsuit claimed the manager at the Sunnyvale KFC/Taco Bell repeatedly approached three female employees with unwelcome sexual propositions that created a hostile work environment.
